Leave a Google review

Option A: Using our link or QR code (fastest)

Scan this QR code to leave a review on Google

1. Tap the link or scan the QR code on our card.

2. A Google review window will open for Peak Woo MD.

3. Choose your star rating, add a short comment, and tap Post.

You may be asked to sign in to your Google account first.

Option B: From Google Search (phone or computer)

1. Go to google.com and search Peak Woo MD 300 Central Park West.

2. In the business panel, tap/click Reviews (or the star rating).

3. Tap/click Write a review.

4. Select stars, add a brief comment, and Post.

If prompted, sign in to your Google account.

Option C: From Google Maps (app or web)

1. Open Google Maps and search Peak Woo MD.

2. Tap our listing to open the profile.

3. Go to the Reviews section and tap Write a review.

4. Choose stars, add a short comment, and Post.

Tips

• You’ll need a Google account to post.

• If you don’t see Write a review, scroll a little or switch to the Maps app.

• Please avoid sharing personal medical details in your review.

Healthgrades 

On phone or computer:

1. Open Dr. Woo’s Healthgrades profile.
2. On the profile, scroll to the Ratings / Reviews area.
3. Tap Write a review (it may appear as Review or Leave a review near the star rating or in the “Dr. Woo’s Reviews” section).
4. Select your star rating.
5. Answer any quick prompts (e.g., “Would you recommend,” wait time, staff, etc.).
6. Type a brief comment about your experience (no personal medical details needed).
7. When prompted, sign in or create a Healthgrades account (quick email sign-in/verification).
8. Hit Submit. Healthgrades will post it after a quick check.

If you don’t see the button:

• • Scroll further down to Dr. Woo’s Reviews and look for Write a review / Review there.
  • Make sure pop-ups aren’t blocked (some browsers open the form in a modal).
